I think your bushes have been machined and fitted with internal bushings in the past.
Most probably your PVs are machined to match also..
Maybe I’m wrong.. won’t be the first time!

Take the pump and worm drive off, only way to be sure. The 250 pump will deliver less oil than you need.
Arrow on here can tell you what you’ve got.

A yellow paint mark on the pump split line screw will tell you that you have a 4L0 pump

How do you know you have a 4L1 pump?? What’s written on the pulley doesn’t matter.

Had this also.
Check that the cap is straight and not bend. Also the cap is dimpled to allow for installation of countersink screws. It my case the dimple was streached from being overtightened and it would contact the reservoir before the rubber diaphragm would be squeezed.
Hope this makes sense

1800 sounds like a bargain. “10 years in the shed” and “immaculate condition” are words that I would never use in the same sentence when talking about a classic 2stroke bike. Buy it but be prepared to pay double to get it on the road... You won’t regret it.

You do need this so order it from your local Yama dealer.
The least it does is keep the cog in the correct position relative to the pin and protect it from being worn as it contacts the cirlcip. I would also fit a new cog if it looks old and brittle.
Oil pump cog failure of any kind will cause havoc in your engine.

It has been mentioned before sometimes it’s a plug in the crankcase it just needs tapped back in Why is that plug there in the first place.? Could be a little dangerous if anything.!! The gearbox shift fork shaft goes thru the hole before the ally plug is fitted.

Might not be an issue, but is Norbo (site owner) aware you will be advertising your goods, whilst he himself has a shop linked to this site selling parts? I did not realise there was another partner for selling parts, i will make him aware and if nessecary remove the post if it does not comply with site regulations, Thank you for making me aware! This is an pure enthusiast forum that has the unique function of an automated filter. For some reason the only people that run their business, using the forum as a tank to pump customers successfully, are proven enthusiasts with a few thousands posts under their belts helping out with free advise, lots of free parts, free labour before the even imagine to sell their services on here. I have seen the so called “filter” at work filtering out a lot of others trying the “go in and sell” attitude. Don’t get me wrong, I have no business in this forum going on but I really never like the first posts being like that.. You can always make a paid add that will run at the top of our screens and get you message thru.. or start by letting us know how many strokers you have and what you used to ride back in the day. Cheers Kostas

Maybe paying for a service they provide would be an alternative. At least the price is far more reasonable that the one photobucket asked for.

OEM RGV suspension linkage needle bearings have a rubber seal fitted by the needles, this has to go outboard to keep water out. I’m not sure if this is the case with the swingarm bearings.
For the swingarm: If I remember correctly the bearing bush will go thru the smaller diameter lip, so it should make no difference which way you install. In any case you will need to fit the long spacer first.
I think I fitted with the small diameter lip outboard without any issues.

Bloody cold over there... left London with 4 degrees C only to arrive in Athens with 18 degrees C the same night. Cheers Hi didn't see this till today 27/11 . I would have had a few pints with you . yes its a bit nippy here now, the log burner is earning its keep . Hope the beer was ok and the Gloucester folk were understandable . Sure would be nice to meet and have a beer.. next time! Wish I had more time to spend in UK , I’d love to have another go at the Ace Cafe. Cheers

Rev counter is sensitive to erratic voltage output from the stator or dead battery. I would start with checking those

You can’t be sure that the crank won’t go out of alignment by doing this, And there is clearly no reason for doing this. You can make the tools yourself to hold the flywheel and the primary drive gear.
So it’s a no for me
