Hi Folks, Best of the season etc... On New Years day I noticed on a LC facebook group that someone had bought a set of stock looking (but actually not stock) cigar pipes for their YPVS... These are made by a Spanish company www.escapesgr.es/With much enthusiasm, I emailed the company and asked if they make a version to fit the 350LC... Sadly they have replied that they don't and wont be considering doing so... Now, as far as I've read, the only difference between the exhausts fitment on an LC and a YPVS is the placement of the rear hanger.... If enough people are keen, I reckon we could petition them to make a batch that would fit the 350LC... for those of us that like the the looks of the stock pipe but don't want to pay the premium that good ones seem to fetch... Anyone like the sound of this idea enough? I've no idea what money they are asking for them... but assume they'd be competitive with other options out there. Cheers, James

I maybe wrong but I doubt that that's the only difference, surely the jets needed to run these YPVS pipes are different??

You can make the rear mounting hole bigger to fit the different mount position - it's a few mm. Some guys may be interested but they would need to know price, quality and most importantly, performance specs - ie. jetting issues, and how well they actually work/sound/fit etc. Dealing with firms abroad isn't always plain sailing, and Brexit is around the corner too - may be an issue, maybe not but worth considering. I also saw a Facebook link to a Spanish firm making trick Pv heads - same issues would apply before I bought one. Good luck, and if you buy a pair I bet a lot of members would be interested in the results Dusty

Sorry don't like the look of them, rather wait for an original set if I was in need. I'm sure a word with Mutts could come up with a nicer exhaust if interested.

I personally don't mind the look of them. look well made , but I like to be able to fit a centre stand. Pity I live 20 hours away by Concorde aeroplane. Postage is a real kill joy. Even more so from the old dart.

Cheers, James Hi James, I am in the process of building an in-line 4 cylinder 500lc (x2 4L1 engines), and am making it look as standard as possible. With the pipes in mind, I spoke to Kenny (TSA) and cigar pipes are certainly do-able, if that helps?. All the best bezzer

Period allspeed/micron looks with the power increase your pipes make would be the holy grail .
