Any ideas how to solve this problem? Seems to be leaking around the cap. The rubber membrane looks fine and I have cleaned to surfaces? Any help appreciated Al

Had this also.
Check that the cap is straight and not bend. Also the cap is dimpled to allow for installation of countersink screws. It my case the dimple was streached from being overtightened and it would contact the reservoir before the rubber diaphragm would be squeezed.
Hope this makes sense
