As Steve has listed how it should be, I couldn't agree more. Well done to that man.

I think the baffles in small can allspeeds are shorter than the ones in large can allspeeds.

Hi, Recommissioned one of them early this year, it also had been stood for some time. There was a few problems with it like carbs, wiring, forks etc. Can you post a pic? Aid.

Not impossible but all 350 stuff is very sought after and 250 stuff will go the same way if things go the same way. You can can have a 250 top end machined to a 350 if you really want a 350. Personally I always liked the 250 more than a 350 just depends on what you want from a 2stroke bike.

The carbs are different on a 350, in that they have different jets etc. Have a look in a Haynes manual, it has it all in there.

Shame you won't ride them, I know about serious back issues. I have never ridden a PV but I can,t ride either because I had my license revoked after a stroke . Still, I have a friend with an LC currently in my garage and I am currently getting all the bits together to start my own LC project. So not all is lost. I wish you well and hope that you will be able to ride again. Regards, Aid.

I have only ever used Autosol for shiny bits and Mer for bodywork. But for quick and easy clean and polish I use Greased Lightning which is good but doesn't last long.

I agree with Eartman, that's a good idea and one that I use regularly on cars. But hey, I'm a car mechanic. In my experience, batteries only go dry when they are over charged over a period of time.

Do you keep your battery on charge when not in use?

Wow! I like that, looks like it should. An LC in 80's clothing and with the engine it was built with. Very nice touch on the belly pan. Excellent.
