Am using 31k forks and yokes on my project with clip ons. Not really sure what to do about the redundant bar clamps, any ideas? cheers wang

That's a bit more like it. What size is on the front?

Don't think so as it's from a 4 stroke and likely to use a pulse other than the pv/cdi signal Apart from that a four stroke gives one pulse per rev where a 2t is 2 per rev Steve Ta, Knew it was wise to check. Any idea what the Tacho ratio is on an LC for a replacement café racer style mini Tacho?

Might be a bit of a thicko question, but would this rev counter work the same as the standard F2 one as long as you know the red line starts at 10k and not 12.5k? cheers wang

care... LC rear rim is surprisingly narrow, consequently it pinches in a larger tire Even more than the official size ones. Messing Both looks and handling. Bit wider tires need a bit wider rim. Thanks. According to Haynes, 3.50 x18 is standard, even that should be an improvement on this 3.00 x 18 already on it.

What is the widest tyre you can fit on an LC rim, this is more for looks than performance. It has a 3.00 x 18 at the moment and looks way too skinny.

If you've used new copper washers, sometimes it's something as simple as nipping the banjo bolts up again.

I'm trying to make an RGV 250 front wheel fit in Triumph street triple forks, the easiest way I guess is to change the bearings. Has anyone any recommendations on who may be able to help? Triumph spindle is 21mm RGV is 18mm. Cheers Wang

Fit one of Simon Wells idiot light clock stickers, looks good, was expecting bubbles everywhere, like a cheap phone screen protector.

Are you using them on an RD? If so I might have just the thing you'll probably need. It's a brand new in the packet gold anodised talon sprocket for an XT500 but with 39 teeth. Jon Yes, eventually they will be going in an LC, as they're 17" rims probably be in a non standard arm. Let me know what you want for it, cheers.

Thanks, I still need lights etc. I've stripped out the indicator, the oil tank sensor and the big fuse box. not as much as I wanted, but it's a bit more manageable.

If it's a standard bike, then I think a standard paint job is definitely the way to go, but if it's a hybrid/special, you should let your imagination go mad, there have been some belting paint jobs recently, and long may it continue.

Easier to work with like that, at least you can trace the wires designated position. might be an idea to cover those open ports in case anything drops in It's only a mock up engine, nothing in there yet ;-)

I've just got back from collecting my new set from Mark. Over the moon with it - quality is stunning. He is a really nice guy, easy to deal with and expert at what he does. He is flat out with paint sets - his place is full of gorgeous Lc tanks and panels with more waiting, hence him working on a sunny bank holiday !! I wanted a "different" colour for my Ypvs/Lc hybrid, and chose the Ford orange that they used on the ST Focus. Did it on a bit of a whim to be honest, but I let Mark sort the decals as I thought his ideas would work probably better than mine, so today was the first time I got to see the colour and decals in the flesh. He doesn't normally do car colours so I feel even happier with the results; 20170828_121147 by David Miller, on Flickr 20170828_121252 by David Miller, on Flickr It looks different again in the sunlight as the paint is metallic. I really do think that when the lease runs out that will be it, so if you want seriously good paintwork doing, I would look no further !! Dusty I love this colour, I was thinking the same, but with two tone silver stripes.
