I've just reading my Insurance documents and there's a section that says year of manufacture, my bike is an YPVS LC2 on a D plate which means it was registered in 1986 which it says on the log book, I would say it was manufactured before 1986 as it's an LC2.
Do insurance companies except the registered year as the year of manufacture or would they try to get out of paying out should something happen.

Guys, can you use 350LC selector forks in a ypvs motor? The fowlers part numbers are the same so they should be ok. may be worth double checking the numbers yourself though. Theses numbers replace the original part number. 2 x 2GU1851100 1 x 2GU1851200 Tony

Hi Dusty,
Was wondering if the gear shaft was the same diameter as an LC one would it be worth modifying the crank case to take a Bush

I re engineered a front caliper for the twin disc set up Thanks Mark, very nice looking bike, like the twin disc set up, think they should have had it as standard though.

Selling your Kwak! Oh bugger. That thing is stunning. Alex Thanks Alex, it's got to go as I need the room. For those of you that are in the dark, I'm selling my 1975 Kawasaki H1F 500, it's done 3,700 miles from new! The new owner collects in January.

Have a look at the Mazda 3 Soul Red Crystal, a stunning colour in the flesh, a work mate has one and quite a few people have commented on the colour.

I know Martin at Mad Biker Designs sells billet ones, they are marked up 31k and 1ua, the 1ua ones are 1mm different on the exhaust port, i believe the original Yamaha ones going by the part number fit all models.
