Looks smart - i had mine done in red and speedblocks years ago and always liked it - suppose it will help you tell the difference in your bikes (unless your colour blind?) ;D

I hope there are plenty of these coils available as it looks like a good simple mod.

I was at the bar the other night and overheard three very hefty women talking at the bar. Their accent appeared to be Scottish, so I approached and asked, "Hello, are you three lassies from Scotland ?" One of them angrily screeched, "It's Wales, Wales you bloody idiot!" So I apologized and replied, "I am so sorry. Are you three whales from Scotland ?" And that's the last thing I remember..........

Stipped motor yesterday - i have never had to bottom end apart before and i have had it since '84- and found the screw missing and the perished 'o' ring on the r/h crank oil seal , there is no sign of the screw anywhere but the motor must of been apart before i bought it as there is a few signs of blue gasket sealer on the crankcase halves, but all the rest seems ok so going to start to clean it all up now. i think the 'o' ring has broke down over time as it was early 90's when it was last ran - hopefully no more shocks!

Hi how many of you run tubeless tyres on your bikes and did you have to drill out the valve hole on the rims to take the valve? Muzz

I have been browsing the forum for some time now but have not got around to posting anything until now as with some interest i notice there seems to be a few posting from York where i also live. I know of at least 4 previous LC owners getting new ones in the last year and i myself have started to rebuild my own 350 which i have owned since 1984 and it last saw the road in 1994 so its long overdue doing! I will attempt to post some pics on the rebuilds page but dont hold your breath! My bike was from Redhill in Surrey and reg no. is YGJ901W if anyone remembers it?
