The ironic thing is they had another park on the Isle called Robin Hill Park which was away from any landslip area but they sold that and have even moved some rides to the Black Gang site π±π±π±
You would have thought it would be the other way around !

When you see how close this theme park is to the crumbling cliff edge you think how the hell they let it stay open π³ Only about a 400 foot drop to the sea !

I used RGV250 Tokico calipers with a 19MM Nissan radial master cylinder and is really powerful. If you Don't have to paint them then I wouldn't as alot of finishes aren't durable Used stainless pistons and all new seals aswell

The barrel nuts like the head bolts may need another nip up after a few heat cycles

You don't need to fit barrels before putting engine cases back in
There is room to get them in with cases bolted in

Just got my cases out and slipped the tacho long shaft in and it is tight and has no bushes. Were they in the aircooled cases ?

They are so delicate aren't they. Does anyone have the part number for bearing please? Did hear the aftermarket ones are wrong size ??

Just spent an eternity removing the clutch arm needle bearing ... Did one about 15 years ago and vowed never to do another ,but this one was fecked from vapour blasting which was done before I bought them.
Tried the rawl bolt method and a heatgun but wasn't having it and was worried I would crack the cases over tightening to get it to grip. Only got it out when the inner cage disintegrated and it left a lip on top of the outer sleeve and I got a sharp edged screwdriver and a couple taps it popped out ! Question now as these bearings are pretty delicate, what is best way to put a new one in ?? If I remember I think I heated the cases and tapped it in using a socket but slept since π΄

Personally I take as much off as in top end, clutch, flywheel etc and do the same when putting it back in Engine is easier to bolt things onto when in frame as doesn't try and move about ,especially when tightening the clutch and flywheel nuts
