Change your power jet pipe to clear then you will see your petrol level in your bowl all the time.

Agree really good shop , I would buy a lot more if it was more like an eBay way of clicking to pay , gets a bit confusing sometimes

Yes it replaces the cdi and power valve controller , generator is only used for charging battery so should be ok.

A couple of years ago a mate and I set off from scarborough heading to the algarve via the Chanel tunnel, got as far as Le Mans by which time both head gaskets were playing up , so hired a car and dumped the bikes outside railway station , had gaskets posted to friends in Portugal , fixed them when we dropped car back off and road home no probs, worked out great in the end had a great time.

have you got any one who could lend you a set of carbs from a running bike to try , I had a similar problem after vapour blasting and ended up doing that , blasting can be a bit harsh on the carbs and mess them up a bit , ended up going two sizes up on pilots to get it to run again , think I will stick to sonic cleaning in future, stick at it .

Would have like to have seen a up to date gp bike with a top gp rider on board , a bit unfair against what isn't much more than an off the shelf production bike in comparison, enjoyed it though.

There's a drain screw in each barrel , once there out there won't be much left in.

Try it with the air filter out for a quick run , I've never oiled one ,will run better with the snorkel off the air box as well .

With all you've said ,frame damage plate etc , takes a bit away from it I'm thinking 350 ish ,but I don't really want it but if I did then who knows , just stick it on eBay and see what happens.

400 for me j, just a classier bike all round imo ! Air brings a bigger grin to my face easier to maintain than the lc as well , but I'm sure you won't regret which ever one you buy , both great bikes.

I clean round with a scalpel blade in one hand and the Henry nozzle in the other , seems to cut off pretty easy , best to get it off one way or another though.
