Looking good kostas, did you get the powervalve problem sorted, I have the same problem, servo motor spinning once waits a couple of seconds then spins completely again, I found your thread on it but no answer. Thanks

hi Kostas,
me again, think I solved the clutch problem, been riding mine around and noticed that when I coast down a short local hill with the bike in gear and the clutch pulled all the way in, it still pushes the revs up a little. so now I know for sure that the clutch is dragging slightly!. because when I switch the engine off at standstill I also can pull the bike into neutral with my finger.
I think a brand new clutch will take a while to bed in before it can be adjusted properly.
cheers les

cheers les I think the clutch will drag if you have wear (grooves) on the clutch basket also, causing the plates to catch on the grooves and not release as they should. In any case my approach is to ride and have the clutch bed in also. Cheers Kostas

So finally after riding the bike for 700 klm the last 3 months I got around to fit the missing parts Fork decals IMG_0081 by k.apostolopoulos, on Flickr Vin plate! IMG_0082 by k.apostolopoulos, on Flickr Chain guard decal IMG_0083 by k.apostolopoulos, on Flickr Fitted a new R/H frame infill under the tank and I can now say that the bike is finished! During these 700 klm I realized that it takes some work to keep it clean and running as it should, so I have left the spanners out! Having finished my man lab I now have my pride in my dry and heated basement so when I'm to busy to ride I go sit and just look at it for half an hour. Took the time to change all the picture links from photobucket to Flickr.
Hate to see all that work just disappear.
