That looks nice, I think this is a much better bet than the 400.
Will you go and look at it before the end? If this doesn't work out have you considered a 'slingshot' 750, they are still cheap?

I have it on good authority from a trusted source, that the plan is to make all of London zero emissions within 4 years!
So, all the small business, all the people living in London, all the business's that look after vehicles with petrol/diesel engines, all the couriers and suppliers to business's in London, what happens to them if they cannot afford an overpriced scalextric car?
Maybe, the plan is to turn London into a ghost town, if so it's working.
What really bugs me is the people who could do something, aren't, we have a prime minister who says it's unfair and making life difficult for people and yet does nothing! I very much doubt any party will, they are all the same, self serving w**kers, out for themselves.
Also it will destroy our car industry, such as it is. This country does not have the facilities to build electric cars, for that you need 'giga factorys' (to produce the batteries), Europe has them, China has a lot we have none and on the subject of batteries, will someone please explain what happens tho these electric car batteries when they are finished? I don't believe all the components can be recycled, so?
And Finally! Half the electricity in this country is still generated by burning fossil fuels and they are wanting to demand more electricity, the demand will be enormous!

I don't live in London, i'm in surrey and the new zone will be about five miles from where i live. I believe the plan is to encompass everything within the M25 and as Rigga says, why is this being enforced on people who are unable to vote? I cannot see any party or politician/party regardless of their stance, revoking this 'cash-cow'!
What next after the M25, nationwide? Only allowed to use petrol vehicles two days a week??
Don't mean to rant but this is very bad news.

The whole thing stinks!
Quite agree with Dusty and Rigga, it is an absolute farce, people are complaining about it and yet the people with power who could do something...don't! I went to boxhill the other weekend as there was an anti ULEZ motorcycle protest, i don't know what good it did but what else can you legally do?
I personally loathe Khan, when interviewed he never gives straight answers and to see him play the 'race' card when asked 'difficult' questions is appalling.
If ULEZ was stopped it would just be changed into a 'pay-per-mile' charge i'm sure.

The Bimota is a YB4, they raced in WSB with an FZ750 engine, Davide Tardozzi, Foggy's old team manager used to ride it amongst others.

How many bikes do you own Mouse? Not that I'm jealous in any way... Alex Seven i'm afraid. There was a great turnout at Boxhill, both carparks were packed. I really hope it does some good. I'm not a political animal but sometimes enough is enough and it seems protest is all we have. i'm afraid i think this ULEZ is the 'thin end of the wedge' Mouse

Good grief! I have a Westwood 'Vive La Rock' t shirt! It's inside out...on purpose. For some reason. Alex I know the one, i also have a 'God save the Queen' T-shirt, that i bought from Seditionaires. There were some fantastic items from that time. A few years back there was a book published, all about the shop and Ms Westwoods clothes from the punk period, which had pretty much every design of t-shirt, jacket trousers etc. in. I luckily got a copy as it seems to be very hard to find/expensive these days. It's a great reference/nostalgia piece, from what i think was one of the most exciting, vibrant and influential times in music and popular culture! Mouse

Cheers chaps! After one track eve, about 70-80 miles, i topped up with about 250ml of oil! I don't think the later bikes, R1, Fazers etc are known for their oil consumption, think it's just the earlier engines Mouse I'd be interested to know where it's going and how. Is it valve stem oil seals, rings (type or piston clearance etc.). Is there visible smoke? If oil is being burnt it would surely leave deposits eventually but it looks like you are going quick enough to burn off any deposits before they can start to build up 👍 Hi, i let my friend ride my bike and i could see the odd puff of blue smoke very occasionally. I don't know where the oil is getting by, may investigate over winter. I just think it is 'one of those things', she runs really well and i'm not too worried. Somebody once told me, 100 miles on circuit is equivalent of 100 miles on the road, which kind of tally's up with the oil consumption! Mouse

Looking good sir 👌 My exup was fast as feck but liked to drink the oil as well A matter has one just now and although not too bad it does use a little oil Weirdly his FZR750 doesn't use a drop It's just normal on the 1000's Steve Yes, i understand Yamaha thought it perfectly acceptable for these to use a litre per 1000 miles! Mine is a pre EXUP engine and almost uses as much engine oil as my LC's do 2-stroke oil! May have to have a re-fresh over the winter. Mouse
