Those brakes have come up a treat, Ovi has surpassed himself!
All looking great Dusty, the only thing, with those 'powerhouse' kits, everytime i've used them the bleed nipples they supply are useless. They never seem to seal properly and i end up using the original, hope you have better luck though!

Dusty, could you measure the length of those brake hoses for me please? I think mine might be a bit too long as they have rubbed on the rad guard. Thanks

Hi Mouse Noted regards the bleed nipples mate. I've cleaned up the originals and fitted them instead Built the calipers back up today. One last job before reassembly was to run a wire brush on the dremmel down the slider housings, to clean some corrosion at the very bottom of the holes; 20240406_120757 by dusty miller, on Flickr Once that was done and the holes cleaned out, it was time to fit the slider pin boots and the seals; 20240407_095812 by dusty miller, on Flickr The rest all went together easily enough; 20240407_175016 by dusty miller, on Flickr 20240407_174948 by dusty miller, on Flickr

51cm from centre of banjo at top to centre at bottom. Both lines are the same. Do you need to know the length from master to splitter ?
