Had a set of clear bowls when I was sorting my fuel starvation issues caused by the billet fuel cap, funky watching the petrol slosh about.

New pipe & screen on the EXUP for the Classic Manx GP, but who cares about the diesel..
LC now has Andy's beautiful yokes, clear carb bowls, Galfer discs, correct registration, uber wide trials handlebars that will get cut down and bar end mirrors added, pukka MX Gold chain, offset front sprocket, HEL front brake master cylinder and clutch perch (these are also beautiful).
Exhaust note is so crisp with the Nikkon pipes and TZ cans.
Still plenty to do, such as brake lines, tidy wiring, new front muddie etc, re-make side stand, fit chain guard pad to swinger..

Ah nuts. I too have the Brembo master cylinder...mainly as it matches the calipers front and rear. Do you think a valve one would fit with some tweaking or do I need one made up?

Try a TDM850 rear master cylinder - they fit the standard bracket. Same mounts as a YPVS one, but Brembo. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/185986711107They have a longer rod, so ideal to cut down to suit.

Need to vacate the workbench for some trials bike fettling so the LC is parked up in the corner for a bit. Needs brake lines and some loom tidying. I did however ride it up the close to turn it around - so technically it now moves under its own power so that’s progress.

Quick mod to the TDM rear master cylinder so it clears the mounting bracket. Looks like the threads are M8 fine, so M8 X 1.0mm pitch - anyone care to confirm?

Ordered my brake lines & fittings today.
Need to make and fit a chain guard onto the swinger before riding it.

Online ordered Monday afternoon and just delivered now - that’s some service from Goodridge and < 1/2 the price of the Venhill equivalent. I also have hydraulic brake light switches delivered today so need to get the rear brake pedal modified and then I’m away…

So first ride and the following to report:
Front brakes are outstanding... Handling is lovely Pipes sound epic ~5k revs and it stutters, so I'm thinking needs bigger mains currently running #48 Pilot and 200 mains. JJH needle in the centre position

Looking good, think the 200 mains are way too big, try 150 ish

That was my initial thought too but was unsure if you were using PWK 28's or bigger
If 28's with pods you may need N68 needles too

I was a touch lean on 150's,try 152 or 155 but with my Athena top end I was going over 160's before I went plan b. and sold them Maybe try higher mains then slowly come down rather than straight to 150

Keihin PWK28 carbs with socks.
I reckon it’s far too lean. Motor is a Fahron tuned 400cc with Nikkon pipes/TZ cans.
