Have you got thoughts on a new workshop Steve ? where does it drop on the list of things to do at the new house ? It's not top of the list at the moment, hopefully a summer start House was empty for a while so everything needs decorated and a lot of niggly repairs that take ages I'm looking at semi retiring so workshop will be needed to make a little to top up pension/rental income Just a bit of restoring and some small part cerakoting Will be an insulated timber building with storage heater so I can run them on my EV car rate 😁 I'll get there in the end Steve

Do you have a workshop/shed in mind ,I’ve been looking but have to do my kitchen first ☹️ I'm thinking of building it myself. As soon as you look at insulated buildings they want £10k up Load of sterling board and CLS will soon turn into sectional wall panels. Tanalised timber for the roof joists with boarding, insulation boards and epdm sheet on top Wrap it in a breathable membrane, 1 inch strapping then clad it May even get a concrete slab poured for it but timber may be a warmer option Insulate it when time and money allows Thinking 7m x 4m Steve
