Got the swingarm setup and test fitted. Swings freely with no excessive play. Just got to fit the rubber protector and that can stay on.  |

Haha, I knew it wouldn't leak from anywhere with your gaskets fitted, so it had to be the cross over tube  New clips may be enough to sort that if the rubbers are good to start with |

Up on wheels now. Back one is temporary until a rear has been refurbished. Temporary handle bars as OEM ones are away being powder coated.  |

Been refurbing a pair of 4L0-01 carbs. Bodies have been blasted by Andy AVB. I then removed their balls. Then tapped them for M5 grub screws.     |

Next I took the grub screw out and gave them a bath in the ultrasonic cleaner. Then dried them off and gave the passageways a blast with the carb cleaner. Then dried off again and sprayed with WD40 and wiped dry.  |

Fitted jets and float valves. Vacuum tested the float valves and o-rings. All holding nicely    |

Very nice work I have never heard of vacuum testing the float valves before. Useful knowledge. May I ask what tool it is you are using to do that? |
