Just tried to fit my refurbed rear master cylinder guess what ! It doesn’t fit with the braced swingarm, the reservoir is touching the bracing 🤬do I need a back brake anyway! So far I’ve had to under sling the caliper to avoid the bracing now this I’ll bet M.D is just waiting on ordering his upgraded rear master cylinder for about £200. where do I get one of those poly hose reservoir? If you want the HRC hose kit, it comes wuith the stopper etc, the hose is green. Try 'Dobles' motorcycles or Fleabay Mouse

Fired it up today not without problems first of all my new zeel doesn’t work so fitted the original after going through all the electrics it fired up on three cylinders after a lot of faffing and after my helper left i checked the plug he said was sparking and it’s not sparking on #1 cylinder I’ll check the cap and lead tomorrow as I’m c**ted from kicking the high kick start

Another problem the pv cycles when I turn the ignition on I don’t think that’s right but it has a zeel pv so who knows! They don’t come with instructions just checked the zeel site it does a test cycle on power up

Here’s where I am it is sparking on #1 cylinder it has 115psi compression but it’s not drawing in the fuel I can put a tissue over the carb and it falls off !! The disc valve is open at the same time as it’s oppo so I don’t have that on wrong anyone got any advice? i did a pressure test on each pot they held 5psi for 5 mins

Mine was exactly the same on my rgv, fitted a fireblade hose and it stopped sweating brake fluid, think it had a cheapo hose fitted at some point. Andy.
