THANKS FOR THE COMPLEMENT GUYS TBH IT DOES HELP This is the situation atm i've stripped the front master cylinder to establish whats goin on and tbh it's two months free council tax (feb March) so i decided to get them done via a professional body ( Nick Chambers ) so ere ya go atm i've stripped the front/rear calipers ready for powder coating and have purchased the seals etc to complete the refurb along with gen indicator lenses's front and back. Hopefully i'll build the motor nextr w/end now i have all the seals etc while everything is being done out of my control i thought i'd carry on with a few loose ends etc, i fitted the front front muddy which came with the bike. man i'm glad of that as the prices have gone thru the roof So after some time in the garage i,ve finished off with this with a plan to build the motor next w/ed This is what i've finished off at the end of the w/end

Who says men can't multitask this is the situation atm i've dry fitted the gear box in the lower casing for a trial fix etc, one thing to bare in mind when your casings have been blast cleaned is be sure to clean all the threads etc. i've washed these and cleaned the threads out with the appropriate tap and blown them out with compressed air etc and still had debris in the threads i have at the powder coaters:- both front/rear calipers and all the various seals etc ready to fit pics to follow. both master cylinders are away for refurb Pics to follow all the handle bar switches Pics to follow the plan is to build the motor over the w/end and fit into the frame at leasy then it won't be rolling around on the bench i'll keep ya informed guys

Well today Friday 31/1/14 i received the master from Nick (Chambers) my community payment paid for these i'm pleased with the out come all ready to fit 8) 8) Tbh i ain,t ready yet for master cylinders so in the mean time i sorted out the calipers as i'd got them back from the powder coaters ;D after doing the prep work i'd got them ready to fit minus the brake pads i prepped both the dust and oil seal with Red grease to help preserve the rubber prior to fitting the piston and with a little effort i finished up with the completed item just waiting the pads Saturday i'm planning to fit the barrels and head

Guys this w/end has been full of ups and downs now it started friday after Dinner friday is a great day its an extra hr in bed i work 2hrs and have breakfast 3cheese oatcakes and lashings of brown sauce and then work another 2hrs and i've finished for the w/end Any way i picked up the gaskets etc from the local bike shop sadly it was pissing down big time. i managed to fit the barrels and head and torque them down to the desired settings. i also had a sneak preview of the front pipes fitted i'm well pleased with the progress i managed to go thru the Generator side of things established what connections and shrink wrap i need 8-)so the parts will be on order monday i established that my kick start mechanism which came with the bike was incomplete nothing major just a spring missing NLA but thanks to Dave James i'll be sorted. so with little time left in the afternoon i took the time to clean up and prep the casing (RH) as i was interested in how it would go together with the oil pump and all fitted the pump has been completely refurbished By Arrow i'm well pleased 8-)and a good price too Anyway the day was a gud 'un so i took the Lc out for a quick spin Man it was fresh more progress later Guys
