Thanks for advice again Lads, looks like Vivaro's leading the way, look OK too which is nice. Vivaro and Primastar and Trafic are all exactly the same, made in same factory etc etc I buy Renault parts for my Nissan as they are cheaper for some reason lol

I have 2 vans the now, both Nissan Primastars, one swb 100bhp, one lwb 115 bhp, the 115 has just hit 100k and only ever needed a new clutch, the 100bhp is 90k and has only ever needed the usual consumables, had a few in the past Transits (never again) no point in having a reliable motor if the thing rusts away in your drive before your eyes, Mercedes Vito ( sheee ite ) and a Citroen Relay ( did ok and cheap as chips) in short id go for the Primastar lwb 115 horse , drives like a car, plenty power, reasonable price etc or any of its variants Trafic Vivaro etc. I like the VW but could never afford one

On a fairly standard engine the Allspeeds are pretty good,as are the JL copies,(as you would expect) I believe they sound much the same,if your running a tuned motor or want better performance you need the race type pipes ie TSA JL Race pipes etc

Right here is my latest Project, picked this up through Gary (Eyrey1) Had it shipped to Inverness and rode it tae the ferry in Ullapool, Good Points Proper NK Racing front and rear conversion, rides real well Engine is sweet as a nut and pulls well, Oil pump by Arrow Tank is solid and seems clean inside Everything works lol Everything else I would term as OK but needs work lol, So gonna strip it down , plastic coat everything, nickel plate the fittings, its getting resprayed in white/blue, standard decals, some nice pipes, and all the other bits that come wi doin a special, so watch this space, already sold the standard pipes on it Some pics , they make bike look cleaner than it is

Love em, had one and would buy another in a heartbeat, all they need is a steering damper and modern tyres and they can keep up with just about anything, and look better than them all lol, oh and they are awesome wheelie machines

I must be mad but I use mine all year round, all I do different in the winter is wash and grease after every winter ride out, I live in the Western Isles of Scotland, I do have a heated garage mind so guess im lucky in that way!!! Always believed in running carbs dry and brimming the tank with a bit of oil in it an aw to prevent condensation in it if leaving the bike for a while!!!

Had my Ohlins shock for the 08 R1 serviced by FTR Suspension, repring (9.5nm) for my weight included £180 after delivery, money well spent, the eagle eyed among you will notice this is off a previous model (5vy), tip I picked up on the septic tank forum, these are same length etc as 08 ohlins ones and are a heap cheaper, straight swop, won it on evilbay for £380 BARGAIN, well happy, makes a big difference to the bike, I have fitted ohlins springs and fresh oil in the front

That's a hard one, all of us who have owned /built hybrids no the blood sweat an tears involved, and of course the money spent on bits etc, they are bloody hard to price but that one is quality by looks of it, id reserve it at 4k and hope for more but ive no idea what the build cost you so could be way off lol
