Looks like you got a real good starting point for your project Sean. To make you feel better maybe you should take a look at the mess I'm currently working with in the "Back to the Future LCII" thread If you decide to offer for sale the pipes and/or the instrument cluster could you please let me have first dibs as I'm struggling to find both without having to be invloved in another Brink's-Mat! Have you had any more thoughts on the build design yet? I mean after all, you've slept on it so now all should be clear

Cheers Jon, it'll get there i just sort of don't want to get it done before i can even ride it, becasue i'll just be so tempted. Yeah Glandular fevers just put me on my arse basically. No energy and where i nod off in the day i can't sleep at night. Getting there now got to take it easy for a bit the doc sais. Didn't tell her about the drag racing 2 weeks ago lol

Right long time since a proper update so here we go.... Worked hard over halloween as you can see For the TZR, smells rather good Stipped down New swing arm spacer on the saw New clutch window made up, o rings, and bolts. Pressure turned on the lathe at college Swing arm being machined, 10.8mm off each side to squeeze in the LC frame In the night garage

Great work Sean! I need to get a couple of those o rings, do you have a size for yours? and did you get O'rings or flat 'washers'?

O-rings are readily available on the net, Polymax i think the comapny was called. I think they are 145mm? Basically the internal diameter of the case. Hope this helps.
