You will need to make sure your chain clears everywhere. I run a 130/70/17 and my chain clears, so that is always an option for you. Hi Rob yes it dose clear I can get away with a 150 but it's close the 140 gives that extra ,I will need a offset front but apart from that it all looks good π

Hi Chris I had the same wheels on a Ypvs hybrid I built some years back. They came off a Tzr125r Belgarda. As you say, a wider spoke design. I quite liked it but the front wheel only had a single disc and I would prefer the balance of twin discs up front; DSCN3808 by dusty miller, on Flickr Not sure if there is a Brembo front with twin discs that would match ? Dusty Hi dusty cool picture π, the other 3.5 rears are now hard to come buy Andy who I got my last 2 from can't get them anymore he used to hey them in Europe somewhere!! .a different front might be a possibility ! The width matches the fzr front it's just that line that doesn't . Like I said it could be filled or I could blend it in ,not to much of a problem for now π

The Belgarda front looks quite trick and is USD forks, but it depends on whether you want twin discs or not. Not sure if the SZR660 did a twin disc model - most I've seen are single disc, but had Brembo wheels I believe; DSCN3582 - Copy by dusty miller, on Flickr May give you options Dusty

The TZR125 4HW/4FL rear wheel is not a Brembo one, but is the same size as the 4DL wheel you have (3.5 x 17"). They do not have the step in the spokes, but are hard to find...

Yes Rob that is what I have in my tzr and my air-cooled !! My mate used to get them for the ypm boys but are really hard to get now ,I got this wheel for a really good price .

I never knew Brembo made wheels. Having that stamped on it makes it rather special to me.

Hi everyone. I've been looking at the clocks and how to mount them ,I think the clocks work well with the fzr top yoke the LC ignition fits in perfect where the fzr one goes so that's good ,thers room to get the cables etc ,I'm going to make some bits of alloy tube and weld on and use LC damper rubbers so they will bolt to the fzr yoke just like they do on the LC . Oh I'm not using clip ons I'm going to use bar riser's πChris

Hi sidney i did the same with my R6 yokes. I did have to lower the LC ignition to make sure it didn't interfere with the clocks

Looks spot on to me Chris. On a standard Lc, the clock mount bolts below your spacer and not on top, but I always bolt mine on top coz (a) mine aren't standard, and (b) I prefer the clocks sat up a bit. Wont make any difference to you welding on those alloy mounting points though Dusty

Put ignition switch in too to try for clearance

From memory those aluminium spacers are too long. Surely the inner steel ferrule should be just proud of the spacer once the rubbers are in. That way the bolt tightens against the inner ferrule, but there is still some rubber damping.

If that was mine I would sort the headlight brackets out, mount the headlight bucket and then sort the clocks out, heights and gaps.
