... as above, or a hammer and chisel would work too, bit agricultuaral tho ! :-) One like this would be nice, they do work great, this one would be silly money though, cheaper versions are out there. If someone had a ball turning attachement for their lathe they could make one of these with ease. Steven. www.skf.com/ng/productinfo/productid-TMBP%2020E

Hi, If concerened about accuracy, buy a quality one with a calibration certifiacate. I know Britool do / did a calibration service if you want to send it back to them when the calibration certifiacate it comes with, runs out. In saying that, I dont think Britool as we know it exists any more, I believe they were bought out a few years back. Other quality brands ( with calibration certificates) are available. Steven.

..... id like to see her firing a .700 Nitro Express. I read an article about a guy that was hunting rhino. They asked him why he used a .700, he said "Coz they dont make a .800 !" He said that when a bull rhino is charging at you, you dont want to be messing about firing a second round ! He said the .700 Nitro Express rounds cost $100 each ! Hi, www.rd350lc.net/page4L0pb.htmwww.rd350lc.net/pot4LO-8082.jpgHope this helps, as said above make new wires for the flanges from a coat hanger, brazing rod or whatever you have of the appropriate size. If you search for brazing rod or wire coat hanger in the search function, you will find all the info you need. Steven.

Someone above mentioned Hydroforming, here is an interesting video of Colin Furze hydroforming a pulse jet, just like a V1 rocked or Doodlebug. Saw a video a while back where he puts the pulse jet on his Nans shopping bike. Shows you how easy it is to make. Steven. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argus_As_014

Fitted new rear shocks that are 30mm longer, new levers and cables the old ones were shite. Still not got a front brake that works so the front wheel is coming out, going to get it rebuilt with a 21 inch rim and get the hub skimmed and relined. I’ve ordered some more parts. Unfortunately the more I look the more bodged it appears to be eg incorrect bolts, mix of imperial and metric. My fault for not being more critical in my assessment. Hi, Various threads on the Villiers engine will be BSC thread form. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Standard_CycleSteven.

Spot on,luckily it came with a lot of tooling including a milling attachment 👌 Very nice, looks like that is an origonal cabinet stand too for it. That will keep you busy over the winter months. You can get the year of manufacture from the serial number on it, off the Myford site, sorry if you already knew that. Steven. www.lathes.co.uk/myford-series-7-first-catalogues/
