My original exhausts are a bit rough looking compared to the rest of the bike. Whats the best way to refinish them to look like stock OEM? Satin Powder coat or any special paints.....??

In my opinion the powder doesn't look too close to the original. You usually have to do the down pipes in VHT paint anyway and blend into the powder
My preference is a satin VHT or BBQ rattle can finish, baked for 40 mins once touch dry.

Just checked out Certified Ceracoat specialist in my area and there are shit loads of them. Seems like everyone and his dog uses ceracoat to customise their guns and rifles. Found a vendor near me who says he can do an exact match to what I need and he has done a lot of exhausts. Thankyou all again

Lot cheaper than it use to be, I wanted my Katana exhaust doing about 5 years ago and was quoted £600.

My pipes were Cerakoted for around the £100 mark for the pair. They were in good nick to start with so I don’t think they took too much prep time. I’m really pleased with the finish (satin black). One thing I’d say - check prices as some of the people I asked for quotes wanted over £300 for the pair.

Geez cerakote is good value in the uk, its about 4x the price here. If the prices were lower they would sell more, but greed and their kids private school fees know no bounds I guess...
Anyway, looks lovely. Id be game if i could find a sensibly priced place.

I was quoted $80 a pipe at my local place. Just seen some of his work, looks top notch.
