Worn taper either on the flywheel or crank, I had a KE125 do this, a new flywheel sorted the problem

Mine came loose a few months ago.
Made a hell of a racket and I was sure something internal was well fcuked.
I lapped the taper well, put a small smear of blue Loctite on the taper, and a bit on the crank threads.
Then put the bike in a high gear and cranked the nut down with a plug-in electric rattle gun.
That fcuker is not coming loose again.

Had trouble with one of my LC rotors years ago, an engineer friend said take the rotor off and check the inside taper and any obvious roughness smooth out with a home made arbour /6mm bar with a slot cut in the end with emery paper wrapped round and a drill . Don't go mad ,and then lap the rotor on the shaft with grinding paste . I marked the back plate and took the windings off it was easy to clean the paste off the shaft .

Always... and I mean, every time... lap the flywheel with grinding paste. Ive had one spark and weld on when it wasnt perfectly fitted. It eroded the taper and was very hard to get off.
