Well as mine wasn’t a genuine pro-am belly pan and was bought 20 odd years ago but did fit with the original pipes I still had to cut it about a lot to get it to fit around the cross over and underneath. I couldn’t tell you if the latest replicas fit ..

Hi They are vapour blasted barrels and crank cases. That was a NOS cylinder head with a satin finish, so I left the barrels bare alloy as a contrast. Dusty

Here are my LC pipe thoughts/memories: I bought a 350LC brand new in May 1983 and put some chrome Allspeeds on it a month later. Me and a mate who was riding a CBX550F went to Donnington that same month. Strong head wind all the way down the M1 doing about 90 was agony on my neck but he was fine with his fancy fairing . On the way back though off the clock down hill. When I got back I noticed the first 100mm of the downpipes were blue and they were a gold colour down to the first joint. Obviously they had been getting hot but it didn't go pop so jetting must have been O.K. enough. The Allspeeds were a lot lighter than the standards and I was convinced I could feel it when I rode the bike. They sounded great and looked great. Their life ended when I slammed the bike into the side of a Ford Cortina. It went up in the air 6 foot before coming down on it's side ans squashed the pipes. I put Microns on it a while later after it had been Stan Stephens tuned. It revved to 12,000 and beyond but basically it was just hitting it's top speed in 5th instead of 6th. It was ear splitting and embarrassingly loud and by the time I'd jetted it up to stop it blowing pistons it did 76 to reserve. They worked really well when I ran it as a 250 for a short while though. The bike was fitted with the standards again and used as a production racer. I cut the pipes open and removed the layers of mesh inside the middle? section. I think it went better afterwards but by then it had a millimetre taken off the top of the barrels and the back of the pistons cut away so who knows. Whenever i fitted standards back on the first thing I always noticed was what felt like an increase in mid range.

GRA2STROKES pipes in stainless, made here in Portland Oregon. These use the same stampings (by FPP in Ukiah, CA) as developed by Tommy Crawford and Moto Carrera. My mate Garrett bought the rights to them off Doug Johnson, and has resumed production. He's using Tyga cans, and flanges of his own design. I haven't had them on the dyno yet, but the original Moto Carrera Millenium pipes of the same dimensions made very impressive numbers back in the early 2000's. Fit and finish is fantastic. The look seems a bit marmite, as I posted the same pic on FB and half the comments said they look awesome and the other half said they look shit. 🤣

Martin "Martin77" Johnson pipes on my TDR. His LC and RZ pipes are of very similar design.
