So the bike runs but not very well, its running very rich and "four strokes" I turned off the fuel and it sorts it briefly until it runs out of fuel.. I put new float needles and seats from Norbo, float level set to 21mm, pilot jets are 22.5, needles are 5k1 and set on middle groove and carbs have been cleaned in the ultrasonic cleaner.
The fact that when I turn off the fuel it seems to sort it make me think its something like float levels but Im worried if I drop them it'll run weak on the top end and destroy my new engine.
Any help please.
Phil

I drilled out the brass balls! I didnt realise they were the air jets behind, it seems to be happy now. Wont know for sure until I can ride it though.

Hi Rich, yes, much to my surprise it did, they didn’t look that dirty either! But worth doing that’s for sure.

Hi please could you expand on these brass balls? Unfortunately I don’t know what you rectified.
Thanks
