Thermo housings I turned some aluminium tube down to size for the exit tubes out of the Thermo housings SDC12105 These parts will make the elbows needed to redirect the coolant out of the Thermo housings. I also have to make a couple of T pieces. SDC12106Next, the mitre's are cut ready to assemble and check the clearance to the fuel tank SDC12108 Cheers chaps, Mark

Thermo housings and cooling, part 2 Next, I cut the pipe off the thermo housing SDC12110 I then assemble the left pair of cylinders, cylinder head and mock up tank. I then cut the angle on the new pipes to give the best route to clear the frame, tank and give access to the spark plugs. SDC12109 I then get both sides welded, and paint them. I also paint the inlets at the rear of the head. SDC12112 SDC12113Lastly, the T pieces welded and the extension for the rear hose. SDC12152 That's all the plumbing sorted, and the end (I think) of the fabrication for the bike. Just the clutch and crank to sort Thanks all for following, Cheers, Mark

Thanks John, Steve(you won't read this until you binge) , Alex, Chris and Iain. I always appreciate people taking the time to comment. Clutch continued I know a lot of you know how to do this, but here goes. Rivets drilled out on the pillar drill, so the new billet clutch basket can be fitted SDC12140 SDC12141 The basket separated from the primary drive SDC12142Cleaned up and the new dampers fitted SDC12143Then I locktite the bolts in, which completes this section of the clutch SDC12144 SDC12181 I need to make a new pushrod and somehow fit a YPVS clutch adjuster into an LC input shaft. To work this out, I was missing a clutch hub nut. Yamaha are out of stock, so a quick call to Dusty, who very kindly sent me one. Thanks again Dusty, you're a star mate

All needed to make the 4 cylinder crank SDC12146 And machined my spacers down to position the gearbox outrigger bearing SDC12156 Lots of preparation to get the engine ready for assembly Cheers, Mark
