But what you realy need to do is sell me the 500 to get funds and make space. you wouldn't give me the return on the RD5 besides it's not for sale unless I blow it up ;D 350 project will be as and when I can afford to do bit's on it so no rush, I may even get it road worthy (daytime MOT) before I do the paint?

Up to your usual high standards mate............superb
I still think you and Dave (Tonkatoy) should set up a business together , you are both clearly wasted in your present jobs.
You could be bigger than Orange County Choppers in the U.S.

Vin i love the bike ,it looks like it came from the factory like that ! does it go as well as it looks ? there is 1 thing i am not sure about , the front indicators look too small for the holes in the fairing. its just a small point though , please dont think i am critisising your work .i am not. its still a million miles in front of mine ! in fact i like yours so much ,i am prepared to swap mine for yours and i will even chuck in £50.then you can start again with another project. ;D steve

As for the swap deal Not forgotten about the bit's n bob's we talked about mate, truth is it didn't have much standard fasteners on it but will let you know when I have a chance........................ I may need a reminder though PS I already have my next project

Yeah that bike is superb, from an engineering point of view something to be really proud of. Do agree with the comment about the indicators though. Awesome bike!

Hi Guy's I thought I should give you a little update! Changed the front indicators for different ones and fitted a new rear Dunlop, I have been fiddling with the jetting and mixture to get it somewhere handy before I get it MOT'ed. I also had trouble getting the hydraulic clutch right, just when I was about to give up and admit defeat I thought to myself... sod this I'll give it one more try and glad I did! I wasn't getting enough travel on the push rod to release the plates enough with a brembo clutch master cylinder so thought out of curiosity I would try a brembo front brake master cylinder instead, and really to my surprise it created about another 2mm travel and is perfect! Downside is it has to be mounted upside down but don't think it looks that bad actually! Also had some straps made to finish off the Dragon Gears Just need a break in the weather to get it MOT'ed and then run the puppy in! Not sure if I should paint the pipes black or leave them bare, what do you guy's think? obviously a right pain to keep looking nice due to the UK weather

Vin mate.....bike stunning , but gloss black pipes would finish it off I think.......plus that - on the 3rd photo down it looks like you have the start of the dreaded ginger tin-worm developing Whats that sticking out of the fuel filler ?

Cheers mate Gloss would be different mate, but I think I'm warming to the idea of bare and put up with having to clean them regularly *A Top tip for bare metal pipes that have surface rust is to squirt them with ally wheel cleaner (the acid type) and it brings them up like new and doesn't remove the weld heat haze either, don't keep it on too long though, squirt on leave a few seconds then wipe off and don't forget to neutralize after!* The thing sticking out of the fuel cap is a vent hose from a motocrosser, it already had a pipe fitted when I bought the bike and I'm currently on the hunt for a standard fuel cap.
