Well folks here we go again just recieved the fist item for my 3rd build its rear wheel from a CBR600 the front is on its way from a VFR800..when photobucket works I'll load a couple of pics.
I have the bike already stripped about a year ago I think this time I will get the engine done first while I'm waiting for parts.
Just to let you all know the Kenny Robert's 2nd bike is now sold so I have the room to build again be in touch happy building.

Hi mate Regards pipes, it is always a compromise between performance/looks/cost I think. For performance out of the box, Tsa's would be a good choice - really light and so beautifully made - I recently got a hybrid with some stainless Tsa's fitted, and they have found their way onto my blue hybrid; I personally prefer a slightly shorter pipe on an Lc for purely looks, but that's just me. For reference, I took a pic with 1 Tsa and 1 Allspeed fitted for comparison; Not a great pic but you get the idea. Mark Dent makes some stunning pipes too, and they tend to have shorter cans. I did wonder whether a shorter can would work on my Tsa's ? Anyway, whatever you choose I'm sure it will be the right pipe and look awesome Dusty

Today had the angle grinder and reciprocating saw out, taken off the subframe and top lugs from the swinger these I will relocate further back when I know how much length I have to play with regards the shock...Ive also measured how much I need to reduce the width of the swingarm its around 60mm its going to be a snug fit for sure π
