I really like Tobyjugs phrase calling you the "king of bling" Matt. That's going to catch on How you keep track of 2 resto's at the same time makes my head spin. I'm following both bikes with interest

Can't get my head round you doing 2 at once
If I have 2 similar parts I can't decide which one to put on one bike never mind 2

Steve, I'm doing 3 at once! I didn't plant it that way it just happened.
However it does have a few benefits.
My Yamaha hybrid 2 needed the rear shock height tested before proceeding further. Trouble is with Nitron's at around Β£400 it's taken time to save the money. In the mean time I've been able to get on with the other 2. If I get stuck on one for whatever reason, I just move to the other.
Very efficient time wise.

I'm following both bikes with interest Hi Mark That name would be better than a lot of others I've been called As for two at once,I'm actually doing five, sort of The F1 is only waiting on a couple of bits of bodywork so not to sad The N1 is waiting on the zinc parts and rebuilding The white and red hybrid engine is getting the 385 treatment so is in bits The lc2 bodywork is at Cordwells and the rest is in bits The 31k with tzr3xv f+r is waiting for building room but scattered all over The 250ypvs is partly stripped to donate original parts to the lc2 build Most free time is spent wondering what the f**k to do first Hopefully one day it will all be worth it,,if I survive long enough Matt

Ah, I remember it now Matt.
Reminds me of mine, in stature.
Those 3XV wheels sure are wide. Not purely in rim width, but in disc and sprocket position.

Jon I thought you'd remember The f+r came off an hybrid that the swinger was custom made for,,apparently It's got a 7mm offset sprocket on the engine so it should be OK as it worked before Matt

Matt, I'm not surprised it was custom made to fit.
I've had all sorts of trouble getting a 3XV wheel into a braced RGV arm.

Jon Hopefully it goes together ok,it's got a 160 tyre which I know is max without spreading the frame On the plus side all the linkages are standard pv and it bolted in with no problems Matt

Matt You've probably been asked this a million times but what pipes are on your Black/Blue ypvs hybrid. The twin side exit ones? Are they Jim Lomas or bespoke made mate??
