I fitted a new set of tyres on the red/black and it totally screwed it up. Made it really twitchy and weaves like a bitch over 100mph in a corner. I’ll swap them out for a set of pilots that I had before. They were class. The stock one is very nimble. It has springs and emulators up front and a nitron on the rear. Handles great. I did prefer the red/black till I fitted the wrong tyres.

Out with the vmcc today. 75 miles around the lanes of Sevenoaks Weald. Plenty of two strokes today. But alas MZ’s.

Took it for an MOT. The tester had a grin on him like a Cheshire Cat when he started it up. Passed no advisories and he came back in and said. Proper bike, can't find anything wrong with that.
All good for another 12 months now.

Looks amazing! I have to do the same thing to mine, what kind of paint did you use? First coat was DupliColor Engine Enamel Satin Black. Did a lite coat then baked at 200f/95c for an hour or so. Second top coat is PJ1 Fast Black "Engine and Case" Satin Black. Also baked at the same temp/time.

Did a food delivery for a friend. Once had a kid ask me if I was a Power Ranger. The Helmet I think. RIP 58. A few things I noticed on the ride: -There is no substitute for OEM Mirrors. THE best. Lucky to have them -PJME do the best work- I swear it’s their crank and care in the rebore that makes it run so smooth. -You might always think you’re the fastest on the road because u pay little attention to speed limits....until a Dodge Charger passes...in a knee jerk reaction I dropped three gears and gave chase....it still went vanishing point....

Raised the oil level, rationing a bit, so not a top up. This is Redline synthetic. Considering going to Motul 710. NOT to be discussed here tho.
