Thanks for the replies so far. Any offers for a connector would be appreciated.
I will look on the website posted and if I find anything will post the result.
Anybody know why the OEM connector seems to be replaced by bullet connectors?
Would hate to fix it and find there is a design flaw?

I am not a perfectionist, but if I could fix easily why not?

Generator wiring connector on my recently acquired loom is good but the three white wires from the generator have bullet connectors fitted.
I guess I now have two choices:
1. Source a connector to make the gen wiring as 'new'. 2. Fit bullet connectors to the harness.
Anybody know if the correct connector can be sourced?
I guess that there is a reason that the connector is missing and the bullet connectors fitted, anyone know why??
Cheers

Crank was an unknown, I took a chance and it backfired.
I guess the crank was twisted.
Moral is to 'clock' the crank prior to fitment and to not cut corners.
Taking no chances with the 350 I'm building, crank is being rebuilt regardless.

Hi, just rebuilt my 250LC and am running it in at the moment. Took it up to 7k for the first time last night and the vibration was terrible. Bike rides Ok up to 6k and then starts to vibrate and gets progressively worse.
Anyone have any ideas what the problem may be?
Cheers

Have just refitted an original sight glass in my m/c with an 'O' seal and a smear of non setting gasket goo (yamabond). Seals well and seemed to line up with the horse shoe clip pretty well.
I guess it aint a factory soln but it seals and looks OK
