I've tried fitting a F2 rear mc to an lc frame but its fouling the return spring The hanger is spaced 12mm and used norbos mounting plate Any ideas on a fix Thanks Andy

I had a game with mine and used a thinner spring (doesn't need a strong return spring) Seen some where the actual spring goes over the rod

I welded a tab onto the pedal to move the spring over Steve

Using the metmachex arm means there's even less room I've spaced my footrest assemblies out so manage the lack of space.

Change the spring for a slimmer 1, it won't have to travel as far, so doesn't need to be so fat now with the new set up.

My only thought would be, would that spring cut into the rubber shroud over time 🤔

That was my thought
I'd want to make a fitting on the lathe to locate the sping onto the body, not the rubber shroud
