Hi Guys, thanks for all of your help I am still after a stator, but OEB has offered me one, it needs some work but its in tolerance so that will do me nicely, not frightened of a bit of hard work !! I have the chaps details, but i'll hold off from going that far, his ebay ID is enough to stop others being caught I will have to let ebay take its course, it either gets resolved in my favour or it doesn't, I am not going to dwell on it too much..........the F(&*&%$%^£$$*(*)*($%b tw*t, me bitter.......Nah

I would agree with outing the ebay plebs who sell crap but to be hones I have been stung myself but learned the hard way by the way feedback can be bought in bulk or built up selling small items like grommets screws etc.

After many years buying stuff off ebay with zero issues getting bits for my AR125 had to raise 4! cases in the last 3 months with ebay....latest was a belly pan advertised 'new but shop soiled with a few scratches' so I thought great buy £85 later it arrived....stress cracks, major repairs and best of all resprayed in a slightly different red!..oh and the seller was a Kawasaki dealer!

Hi Muttsnuts
Personally I class myself as a seller on EBay, with over 500 transactions over the last 3 years, on average I have had problems with about 2% of my transactions.
These are people who abuse the honest basis of EBay and are basically TW4TS
The guy knows who he is. Everybody has an off day, but we are all part of the LC family. Do the right thing big boy, send a refund and let's all get on with it.
Cheers Retroracer

Thanks one and all, I can now say he has refunded the money which I really appreciate and as I put in my last update on ebay, it may have been an honest mistake/mistunderstanding and maybe both of us got off to a bad start with the whole affair.
Lets draw and underline on this matter now and all move on with our lives
Once again thanks to everyone for your aupport and advice and especially to the chap who refunded the money, it is appreciated
