Hi all, Just a quick question regarding carbs. I sold 2 pairs of carbs recently on e-bay. They came as spares with my 350lc project. The winning bidder is unhappy as one pair of carbs are only marked with 4LO on one carb and not the other, thus saying they are not a mathing pair. Is this correct ? Also, the brass oil inlet is not present on the other pair which are 31k, saying that these are unusable, and he wants a full refund. I am not in the habit of ripping anyone off, but these were spares that came with the bike and were obviously not mint. So, should both carbs be marked, and can you retrofit brass inlets ?
Cheers

Thanks for the link. The 31k carb inlet is a straight brass tube so slightly different. My main issue is the number stamping. Do both 350lc carbs have 4lo stamped on them ? The unstamped carb is the same as the carb that came with the engine but as I have sold the engine and carbs I can't check. Anyone know for sure ?
Cheers

Hi, cheers for the advice. I think it's easier to give a refund as I don't want the hassle.
