Here goes..... I had two 350 Elsies 20 years ago... but tragically lost them. But as we all know once ridden never forgotten and finally I took the plunge and bought an old F2 off ebay.. Inspired by all the restoration stories with pictures on the forums and watching that bloke on the telly I thought "I can do that". However hats off to all the blokes out there who have resurrected the dead. After spending the last few weekends taking things apart, and finding a few horrors on the way all I can say is it’s not as easy as it looks! But you know what…. I’ve had a great time. What else would you want to do with your spare time? Now its back to scour ebay for parts..... Happy bidding or what. ;D
