31k carbs are a common upgrade for 4lo's so i expect they should be fine on a 4l1 as long as you check the jetting. these are also cheaper than pwk's but as they are over 20 years old now its best to try find a decent pair

On a 250 is stick to 250 carbs, plenty show up on gaybay, just make sure they arent German spec which is marked 4L2 they are made slighty diffrently and can reduce power.

Kawasaki KX85 current model even uses PWK 28's . Currently approx $90 each ..on this side of the Atlantic.. from the Kawa dealers' no less. Seriously suggest NOT buying cheap ass PWK copies.. Just a waste of time/$ and involve serious aggro.. before.. you finally bin them.

I think the response about not buying cheap replicas is probably absolutely right. Just a moment of madness. Found Carburettor - Keihin PWK 28mm Flat Slide - on a scooter parts website at £51. Would they work? beedspeed.com/product_info.php?products_id=6751And even if they were suitable could I handle the stick if anyone found out?
