Hi all,
I am in the process of giving my 1 lady owner f2 a new lease of life and have stripped the top end for a repaint.
It has 30k on the original bore and ran as sweet as a nut prior to the strip with great compression - visually there is very little signs of wear so am now questioning whether to rebore while stripped or just re-assemble?
Whats your thoughts?
Also struggling to get my hands on a replacement set of stainless fairing bolts if anyone has a contact?
Cheers!

imho if theres no wear id leave it prolong the life of ur barrells.can be easily removed and done when needed in future....remember if you rebore u have to run in and me for one would take 5 years to run-in with the mileage i do

best way would be to check the piston/rings/bores tollerences then make a decision......

If it's in good nick with little sign of wear how about just honing the bores & fit new OEM rings then all it needs is a few heat cycles & it';s as good as new. ;D
