why go to the expense of vapour blasting when you're going to cover the finish? i thought powder wasnt as good as paint due to the heat transference? ie the powder keeps the barrels hotter/insulated from cooling airflow??

Hmm all goog dpoints. I vapour blasted them to make sure they were ok and found a couple of places which i then had to aaly weld to fix bodged repairs. Trying to get the bike to similar to standard but not right down to green bolts Still open to suggestions ;D ;D

I like those. Nice. ;D Found some marking on the side of one barrel that paint wont cover so decided to go satin powdercoat but Really like the line you have left at the top of the barrels/bottom of the head. Might remove the powdercoat to get the same effect. Only £1million more to go before its on the road

Welder did a brilliant job on the cases. Had the same guy do the welding on the barrels. Anyone near Bradford who needs an ally welder i can recommend him. Goes under name of Motorcycle services his name is Edgar and hes on 01274 642669. Nope i'm not on commission ;D ;D
