Just got wheels in and something doesn't seem quite right the back end is 65mm lower than my standard LC ...I have taken some measurements and used the lower of the 2 grabrail holes as datum point Hybrid. Floor to Datum = 725mm Centre Of Wheel Spindle To Datum = 445mm Standard LC . Floor to Datum = 790mm Centre Of Wheel Spindle To Datum = 445mm The Wheel In The Fzr 400 Back End Is 18" With A 140/60 tyre fitted.. If I Take the top shocker pin out and pick up the back end to same height as standard LC the shock would need to be 30mm longer Clearance from tyre to under muddy seems about the same. Also The Thing Is Not Far off vertical When on side Stand...There is only 15mm under the standard side stand when its upright ..........

There are only 4 points on the rear suspension that can affect ride height.
1. Rolling radius of the wheel/tyre. Only 4mm difference between a 110/80 and a 140/60 18" wheel.
2. Swingarm length from pivot point to wheel centre.
3. Swingarm shock mounting position.
4. Shock length.
My guess is the swingarm shock mount position, assuming you are using a standard length shock and the bike you are comparing it to is standard?
* discounting a bent frame.
