Think my LC has a 31k or later caliper fitted, is it? Are the pads interchangeable? Anybody got any Shims for said pads? The forks legs seem to be different one has a bolt in the rear just below the caliper and the other doesn't??? Finally how do I go about getting the wheel painted in the original style with polished spokes and rims? Thanks in advance Matt

Thanks in advance Matt Correct, that is the later YPVS caliper, should have EBC FA81 pads fitted, original LC calipers had either FA64 (early calipers) or FA70 (later). The early LC fork leg bottoms did not have the drain bolt, later did, otherwise they are the same. There is a guy on "the other forum" who paints/polishes LC wheel, goes by the name AL-WESTa HTH OEB

I'll have a look next time I'm at the unit I store her in. Had a bit of a mare getting the loom from the clocks to reach into the headlight bulb. Looking at Fonseca's site the head light bowl appears to have a hole in the top is mine meant to?

Yes, sound like you have a pattern headlamp, they only have one hole, original bowls do indeed have 2 for the looms to pass through. Got a spare one for sale if interested. OEB

Thanks for the offer OEB Spent enough on this thing already as she's an import and none matching numbers so some OEM stuff is wasted. Matt
