Hi All,can anyone tell me if the front caliper bolts are still available from Yamaha for a 250lc?,been to my local nut and bolt shop and they have nothing that will do the job.

Yes they are still available from Yamaha but are different to the original design. Original were fitted with plain & spring washers, superseded items are flange headed. If you want a couple & are not too concerned about the finish I have plenty you can have FOC. OEB

Thankyou OEB for the offer but the reason I want to change mine is because they are original and the chrome is flakey and naff looking. Thankyou too gary,will go for the new ones then.

Just to amuse many, I sent a set of originals away to be rechromed The W**K -Shaft only polished the numbers off the top..didn`t he not best chuffed

I think you need to change your nut and bolt shop! They should stock a metric fine high tensile bolt.

They did have some but the shank lengths were all wrong and they only had them in black un treated,other than that can`t fault the shop at all. Anyways orderd two from Fowlers at about £2 ish each.
