I used a raw bolt, they expand when you do them up, then a pair of molegrips

Nice one so that's internal bearing removal sorted. Anyone know of a good way to remove external ones like on the end of the crank where you can't get a puller behind them

I used raw bolt, heat and swearing on one of mine and it still sat there smiling at me....albeit without any rollers in it anymore! In the end i I ad to carefully dremel a slot in the outer cage piece (since that was all that was left) and then it pinged out with a drift, damage to the case was miniscule as i was so careful with dremel, but it wasnt fun. When I started on engine number 2 I thought 'here we go...' and heat, raw bolt and a drift had the thing out in a jiffy... mental.
