My mate bought a bread maker, it had a timer and they used to wake up to the smell of fresh bread every morning. It was so good they both put on about half a stone in a month. It now sits in the bottom cupboard ;D ;D ;D

a bloke at work has got one of these machines,he is a nice bloke but very strange and he often brings in his bread for us to sample, from what i can make out the more expensive mix's produce a nice tasting bread but some are more like a sponge cake than a loaf of bread, all to do with how much salt and sugar etc in the mix apparently,i tryed one that tasted like a peshuari naan sickly sweet but nice as a desert type thing

I never managed to get a loaf I liked out of the one we had, they all tasted a bit 'funny'... and no i wasnt dropping in an eighth of something wacky in there. I think it was the yeast or something that gave it a bit of a 'tinge'. Shame as i gave it away in the end, and it cost something 89quid when i got it :/
