can someone please confirm petrol to/2 stroke oil ratio
i am going to go the petroil route
however i had read 25 to 1 ,30 to 1 as the rule
with a full tank of petrol how much oil is best

i asked this about full ank but depends if ur tank has filler or not!30 to 1 i think is whats recommended m8

To make matters worse i run 30-1 in the TZR i fill up 10 liters and chuck in 300ml of TTS. Don't forget you might need to jet up aswell

No place to economise.
Oil is still wayyy cheaper than pistons/bores... a serious consideration, as these engines can be fragile if you use them harder than for shopping. Especially so when rebuilt using NON oem parts.
Don't believe any of this ? You will :-)
Besides it's been proven that decent Fuel and lots of oil produces HP.
I use 25:1 as a minimum.

so that's sorted then deffo 25 to 1 with a touch of 30 to 1 with a suggestion no smidgen of 40 to 1

just off to refit the pump ;D
