Hi ALL...I have just put my rebuilt RZV500R back on the road and something is amiss!! 1, RUNS FINE ON 4 POTS TICKING OVER 2, When actually running along its slugish and not rite, very poor performance and not firing properly... 3, The rear numberplate is coating up in thick oil from the pipes so badly, you cant see the numbers??
Motor has been striped and new pistons fitted barrels honed out and a new outer main bearing was fitted....by a good mechanic using manuals...
Any ideas? cheers peeps..

Hello,
What did you set the carb float level to 21 or 24mm?
