Just done mine on the LC2 had to order a long 6mm hexagon/socket to get at the damper rod bolt at the bottom of the forks. Tone.

DID MY f2 ones few years ago.pretty simple.as tone says u need a long hex bit for damper bolt. If you have trouble gettiin it undone i popped mine to local bike shop who undid it in about 2 seconds with air ratchet gun thingy.apart from that str8 forward

not to hard m8,just watch how they come apart and put em back the same,i would use genuine seals tho as i fitted some pattern 1's and the leaked really bad,put gen in and it's all good so ended up spending more in the end. to get the stantion out of the ally lower u need to pull apart really hard to get the old seal out
