I need some info please guys if anyone can help. An old geezer at work asked me about his sons old tzr 125 to see if i could help. He said the servo is shot and cant find another anywhere and that there are a few types...........different amounts of wires. After thinking about it..............i said to him is he sure its the servo and not the control box? he said he didnt know they had a control box and asked where it would be. It is a full working servo model by the way............or was lol. if i find out what year the bike is and how many wires to the servo can someone tell me how to test the servo motor please Cheers

350 servo is compatable with very early tzr's, controllers arnt you can test the servo motor by unpluging it and putting 12v across the motor terminals, Carnt remember the colour codes but the motor is 12 safe.... the controller is not! so just try differant combinations of terminals untill it bursts into life, and it will. 90% of the time its the controler gone pop thay have no or very little safetys/surge protection just a 5amp fuse! no test is avalable for the controller if you have the number/colour of conections it would help age would be handy I can do most tests on the old 2hk/1gu types
