Hi, Ive been rebuilding a f2 with power jet carbs, and well I am getting confused my carb has 50 and 55 power jets? I think these should be 60-65?? are these carbs off a brazillian? what do you think I should do, have a run with the small jets and try it? the engine is a bit of a mish mash of parts 31k head, 1ua jugs, with 4ce pipes!! help its just been compleately rebuilt new everything and I dont want to damage it

You are right, F2 1UA carbs would normally have 60/65 power jets but a lot of people can make a lot of changes during the life time of an RD!
As I understand it, Brazilian carbs are usually marked 4CE, like your pipes, and the power jet is normally size 25. However, you can increase the Brazilian power-jet size to 55 if the restrictor in the 4CE down pipe has been removed. Sounds like this might have been done to your set up.
Are your carbs marked 4CE or 1UA?

sorry been away....my carbs are 1ua! I got board and took it out. chugging and sblack personing along way to rich, decided to buy some new pipes and jet accordingly. So trying to cheer myself up I droped it off for THE MOT.... should have stayed in bed nearly but not quite, rear sprocket carrier bearing??? Ive just done it!!!!!!!! thanks for help Iwill be back with new ipes and new jet problems ;D
