Cheers guys. Still none the wiser. My plan of attack (in my head) was this. use 31k loom, coil, cdi, rectifier, servomotor, switches + lc clocks. Mount the cdi and rectifier in spce between tail light and back of seat and modify loom to suit. Not gonna run airbox (filters) so was thinking put servo in redundant airbox space and use cables of an exup 1000 (longer) to go from servo to powervalves. My head is wrecked thinking about this. But it's not gonna do it itself. So, next week i'm gonna start a "dry build" Put ypvs engine / carbs in lc frame. Fit rgv front end. Fire in all the electrics to see what it's shaping up like. Wanna do all the guess work before anything gets cleaned, polished, powdercoated, or painted. I'm wound up like a spring already. Start 4 night shifts at 7pm. God help any cnut who looks sidways at me ;D ;D ;D

Hello, I used a nos 31k loom and cdi etc.. the 4lo re/reg are the same also the coil. mounting the servo, I used a strip of metal plate about 15mm wide folded it in the vice to suit the servo offered it in place under the coil, marked the fixing holes for the coil cover, drilled them and when fixing the coil cover this holds it all in place very nicely, if you can understand that jiberish you're good man, I'll take some pictures tomorrow I need to take the tank to sort my air filter out. as for the cdi, this is mounted where the std one fitted and the pv controller fitted under the seat where to tool tray was fitted. the only thing I had to extend was the reg/rec. atb Jess

Hi John, I just mounted the Servo Motor in the triangle space under the coil on my race bike, I used rubber covered P clips to do this, the stock cables are the right length and the angle works out right. Cheap and easy :-)
Cant help with the box location as it's a race bike it doesn't have all the electrics, I actually mounted the PV box in the redundant battery box, it uses and alarm battery to power the PV's, You might be able to mount it on the back of the battery box if you are not using an airbox
