surely there wouldn't be enough clearance to get the motorcross type stand underneath the frame unless you jacked the bike up 1st.

surely you would end up resting the exhausts on the stand as they are lower than the bike frame?

surely you would end up resting the exhausts on the stand as they are lower than the bike frame? i used a moto-x stand very similar for my old 125lc and to put it on the stand i just removed the belly pan and exhaust as lets face it you wont be using the bike lift that often, like you said the side stand is in the way so i bonded a a few lenths of 1" by 2" wood on to the stand so it cleared the raised bit for the stand and still fit under the bike easy. i know it sounds a bodge and it didnt look 100% but it was cheap, easy and safe way of lifting my bike up,not sure if it would be so easy with a 350 as it was with a 125 tho as your 4lo will be a bit heavier
